DingoBlu SMS Messaging Terms
DingoBlu Financial, Inc. · Last updated: September 28, 2026
These SMS Messaging Terms ("SMS Terms") explain how the DingoBlu text messaging program works. DingoBlu Financial, Inc. ("DingoBlu," "we," "us") runs the program for its own customers. Messages are sent by DingoBlu only, never on behalf of any other company. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. What we text you
The DingoBlu text messaging program has two parts:
- Verification and login codes. We text a one-time code only when you ask for one: to verify your mobile number when you sign up, to log in, to add a new device, or to approve a sensitive transaction. Each code is sent in response to your request.
- Account and fraud alerts (optional). If you opt in, we text you about activity on your DingoBlu account. This includes suspicious card or login activity (which you can confirm or deny by replying YES or NO), card lock and unlock confirmations, deposit and transfer confirmations, and low-balance alerts.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program. We would only send marketing texts with your separate, express written consent, and that consent would never be a condition of opening an account or buying anything.
2. How you opt in
- Verification and login codes: when you enter your mobile number in the DingoBlu app and tap "Send code," you ask us to text a one-time code to that number. We also text codes each time you request one later.
- Account and fraud alerts: you choose this by checking the unchecked box labeled "Text me account and fraud alerts (optional)" in the DingoBlu app, or by turning on Text alerts under Settings > Notifications. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of opening or using a DingoBlu account.
We confirm your number by sending a one-time code that you must enter in the app. If the code isn't entered, the number isn't enrolled.
3. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with how you use your account and which alerts you have turned on. Message and data rates may apply. DingoBlu does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates may apply.
4. How to opt out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL) to any DingoBlu text message. We will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no more text messages from DingoBlu. You can also turn off Text alerts in the DingoBlu app under Settings > Notifications. To opt back in, reply START or turn Text alerts back on in the app.
If you opt out, we'll send your verification codes by email instead. Account alerts will still reach you through push notifications or email.
5. How to get help
Reply HELP to any DingoBlu text message, email support@dingoblu.com, or call 1-866-593-4646.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information: https://www.dingoblu.com/privacy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with subcontractors that help us provide the program, such as our text message delivery and customer service providers. All other categories of sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Carriers and delivery
Major U.S. wireless carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, so do not rely on text messages alone for time-sensitive account information; you can always check your account in the DingoBlu app.
8. Your mobile number
Only enroll a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use. If you change or lose your mobile number, update it in the DingoBlu app or contact customer support right away so account messages don't go to someone else. Never share a verification code with anyone. DingoBlu will never call or text to ask you for a code.
9. Changes to these SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms at https://www.dingoblu.com/sms-terms and change the "Last updated" date. If you keep receiving messages after an update, you accept the updated terms. You can opt out at any time as described above.
